MGC Diagnostics Introduces Fenom Flo™ in the U.S., a Portable FeNO Monitoring System Approved for a 6-Second Breath Test 

St. Paul, MN, February 27, 2026 – MGC Diagnostics, a leading provider of cardiorespiratory diagnostic solutions, today announced the U.S. availability of Fenom Flo™, the only portable FeNO device approved for a 6-second breath test in adults and pediatric patients ages 7 years and older. By combining a shorter breath test with a handheld, point-of-care design, Fenom Flo™ supports objective measurement of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) in more patients and across more care environments. 

Fenom Flo™ provides non-invasive, point-of-care FeNO measurement to support respiratory assessment using a simple breath maneuver. The shorter, approved 6-second breath test helps enable testing in patients who may struggle with longer exhalations, including pediatric and other difficult-to-test populations.
