Bio‑Medical Service Training delivers a focused, hands‑on learning experience designed to empower technicians who support MGC Diagnostics systems. Participants receive expert‑led operator training over three days at MGC Diagnostics Headquarters in Saint Paul, MN. Equipment covered during training includes Breeze and Ascent™ software, Platinum Elite™
body plethysmograph, ™ cardiorespiratory diagnostic systems, Ultima PF/PFX/CPX, Ultima CardiO2/PFX/CPX.
Designed specifically for Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMETs), this training provides a dedicated environment for skill development, troubleshooting techniques, and operational best practices. Attendees will be well‑prepared to support, maintain, and optimize MGC Diagnostics technologies within their own institutions.

Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be better able to:
- Integrate system circuit theory and component identification to efficiently isolate, remove, and replace faulty cardiorespiratory hardware modules.
- Execute precise calibration procedures and Quality Control (QC) benchmarks to ensure diagnostic equipment performs within specified clinical tolerances.
- Implement a systematic preventative maintenance schedule and basic troubleshooting workflow to maximize system uptime and patient safety.
