The preVent^® pulmonary function filters have been tested for their Bacterial and Viral effectiveness at Nelson Laboratories, LLC. Salt Lake City, Utah. The Test Protocol used is the “Increased Challenge Test” versus the standard test for both Bacterial and Viral efficiency. Tests performed confirm the effectiveness and efficiency against cross-contamination. 
The results: Viral Filter Efficiency - 99.99%, Bacterial Filter Efficiency - 99.999%
