MGC DIAGNOSTICS CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE UPDATE
Dear MGC Diagnostics Customers,
We wanted to share an update on the recent the steps we are taking to meet the challenges of COVID-19. In the current climate, the health and well-being of our employees, customers and communities is at the forefront of our thinking.
As a business providing Medical Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, MGC Diagnostics is entitled to continue operations as a Critical Sector business. As such, we have remained fully operational. While most of our employees have the option to work remotely to reduce exposure to our offices, we have made necessary arrangements to ensure business continuity during this time. Our teams are in constant communication and are taking advantage of the technologies in place so you will continue to receive the same high-quality service and support you have come to expect from MGC Diagnostics.
We are committed to providing ongoing supply of critical products to our customers, including many hospitals that are extending their resources to take care of those afflicted with COVID-19. We are able to ensure order fulfillment of all accessory, consumable and system orders. Where possible, our Service Team is available to conduct system service and installations. Our Training Team is also able to perform remote training. MGCD’s Customer Support Team is available to answer questions, provide quotes and accept orders, as needed. You may experience a longer lead-time for orders and installations during this time.
