MGC DIAGNOSTICS CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE PLAN
Dear MGC Diagnostics Customers,
We write you to share important information about the steps we are taking to meet the challenges of COVID-19. In the current climate, the health and well-being of employees, customers and our communities is at the forefront of our thinking. MGC Diagnostics is taking the following steps to do what we feel is socially responsible for the safety of our coworkers, our customers, and our communities. It is with this mindset that we have made the decisions below.
TRADESHOWS, IN-HOUSE AND ONSITE TRAINING, ONSITE INSTALLATIONS, PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS
- Due to the updated recommendation from the CDC on gatherings, our upcoming in-person events and meetings are postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date. When possible, we will host and invite you to webinars and virtual events.
EMPLOYEE TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
- We have instituted a travel restriction for customer-facing employees (Sales, Marketing, Service and Training). If you as our customer, feel that it is essential that a MGC Diagnostics employee attend a critical meeting, we respectfully request that only one individual from MGC Diagnostics attend. Preferably, together we would substitute an in-person meeting for a teleconference or video conference. Our teams are comfortable with working remotely and MGC Diagnostics is expanding its virtual solutions to keep us all connected. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and advise how long we continue the restriction.
WORK FROM HOME
- All MGC Diagnostics employees have the option to work from home when practical to reduce the exposure to our offices. Please know that we are making necessary arrangements to ensure business continuity during this time. Our teams are in constant communication and will be taking advantage of the technologies in place so that you continue to receive the same high-quality service you have come to expect from MGC Diagnostics.
